Dr. Rammo’s educational experience started as an undergraduate in 1990 at the University of Toronto. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1997 where he graduated with a major in Oral Medicine. Following graduation, Dr. Rammo pursued a one-year general internship at Toronto’s Mount Sinai Hospital followed by a focused oral surgery internship at the University of Rochester in New York. From there he completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2005. He trained under the world-renowned surgeon Dr. Robert E. Marx at the University of Miami, School of Medicine/Jackson Memorial Hospital, which included a heavy emphasis on reconstructive surgery of the head and neck.

Dr. Rammo has been awarded the title of Fellow from the Royal College of Dentists of Canada and Diplomate by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Canadian Dental Society of Anesthesiology. He has been a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario since 1997. He is a member of both the Canadian Dental Association and Ontario Dental Association.
