Financial Policy & Insurance
We are a non-assignment office, which means we do not accept insurance as a form of payment. You are responsible for payment in full for all services rendered on the day of your appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit and Cash. In certain cases, we require a deposit or full payment before the day of the procedure. We will notify you if this applies to you.
Upon your treatment completion, our patient care coordinators can assist in submitting your dental claim to your insurance company on your behalf. Please keep in mind that while we are happy to help with your claim submission, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that your claim has been processed by your insurance company.
